The facility is fully accredited for office-based surgery by The Joint
Commission. Dr. Ostad's team of highly qualified physician and medical assistants are always available to answer any questions you may have about your treatments. Our medical aesthetician can provide you with a customized skin care program featuring leading cosmeceutical brands to meet your individual skin type and concerns.
Directions
We are centrally located at 897 Lexington Avenue between 66th and 67th Streets, right next to the Lexington Avenue Local (#6) train at 68th Street-Hunter College.

OFFICE HOURS: For your convenience, we see patients Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday from 8am - 5pm
and Wednesdays from 11am-7pm.
PAYMENT: Although we participate in several major health plans for general dermatology. Cosmetic procedures and treatments are not usually covered by insurance. We request payment in full at the time of your visit. Most major credit cards are accepted.
INSURANCE: Please be certain to provide the office with all of the required referral and authorization forms prior to, or at the time of, your visit. Without the necessary referral forms, payment for services rendered is due at the time of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient
