Why We Do Not Accept Insurance

We often get the question, “Why don’t you take insurance?” and it’s simply because we care. We care about you, your health, and your time. At Ariel Ostad, MD, we offer world-class attention and medical services to our patients when they need it the most. As an out-of-network provider, we are not restricted by certain insurance regulations and can ensure that all of our patients are getting the highest level of care in a timely manner.

We are out-of-network providers with all insurance carriers, which includes government-issued Medicare and Medicaid. Our office also has a set fee schedule that only applies to your office visit, which helps to minimize any unexpected charges.

Lab studies and medications will be covered in-network by your insurance.

As a courtesy, our office will submit all out-of-network claims for reimbursement. However, we are happy to provide our patients with an itemized receipt for their records.
